I have had an intense interest in technology since 1994, when our family received its first "modern" computer (486-DX2 for the nostalgia-minded). I would spend hours and hours on that machine, playing games, exploring the early internet (if you could even call it that), breaking things, fixing things. In high school I would make a little extra money helping out family and friends with their computer needs.
While attending college (Denison University), pursuing degrees in Computer Science and Economics, I worked for the University IT department, assisting both student and faculty support teams. After graduation I found work with a small Technology Consulting firm in NE Ohio, which threw me into the life of a business Technology Consultant. I loved the work, and I've been doing it ever since.
Since relocating to Denver in 2010, I've worked with almost 100 different clients in a variety of business environments, and I've worked with just about every technology there is to work with in the small- to medium-business sphere.
Personally, I've been in love with Colorado since moving here. I'm an avid mountain-biker, camper, bike-packer, and back-packer (all with the help of my 4-legged friend Riley).
